San Churro

San Churro has a number of locations around Australia, but unfortunately there is none in Adelaide! I'm not quite sure if that's a shame or if it's a blessing in disguise because, knowing me, I would be there more often than is good for my health!

The story behind my love affair with San Churro is this - it was the dessert place we spontaneously decided to try after my 18th birthday dinner. I wasn't hooked then because I didn't have the churros. However upon my next visit, those churros had me coming back almost every time I'm back in Sydney! It's an obsession, and not one I'm about to give up upon anytime soon!

So when my girlfriends and I met up for a beach outing at Bondi, I begged them to have lunch (yes, I wanted chocolate and churros for lunch) at San Churro, to which they agreed to. I shared the Churros for Two, which consisted of 6 churros and 2 pots of melted couverture chocolate (we chose white chocolate and milk chocolate) with Quyen.

What I love about San Churro is the fact that their churros are generously longer than any other churros I've ever had. They always taste amazing, and I believe that the price is pretty reasonable. I always leave so gleeful!
